Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products & Services

  • Delivered digital licenses, ERP software, or activated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds may apply if:
    • The wrong license/product was delivered.
    • Technical issues on our side prevent activation or usage.
    • A duplicate payment was made.

Implementation & Training Services

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has started.
  • If services have not begun, cancellation and refund can be requested within 3 working days of payment.

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
