Digital Products & Services
- Delivered digital licenses, ERP software, or activated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refunds may apply if:
- The wrong license/product was delivered.
- Technical issues on our side prevent activation or usage.
- A duplicate payment was made.
Implementation & Training Services
- Service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has started.
- If services have not begun, cancellation and refund can be requested within 3 working days of payment.
Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
