Overwrite vouchers: Select "Yes" from the menu. In this manner, if the export and import files belong to the same company, duplicate vouchers will be overwritten.

Elimination of invalid characters: Select "Yes.". 

In this manner, before importing, any incorrect characters from the Excel file, such as extra spaces, tabs, and other noisy characters, will be eliminated.
