The right to change the use policies and terms is solely reserved with QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. We carry a huge community of clients. Our first concern has always been to care for the security of each client and to provide the best possible services, so we have laid down these guidelines.

*QuickERP Technologies Private Limited is not liable for refund in case we find any sort of infringement in the respective account. We shall not entertain the refund for such accounts under any circumstances.

QuickERP Technologies Private Limited carries the sole right to change the structure of package/plans and prices at any point of time. The information regarding prices and services available on our website may be changed at any point of time without prior intimation. Increase of prices would be the sole decision of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. This would be effective for the new deals, but the orders placed prior to announcement would be treated on the previous slot.

Account Setup: Your account would be setup after the receipt of your payment is received and confirmed by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited on completion of screening procedures. It is your liability to give us proper information to verify the same, and if you don't do so, your account creation will be delayed.

1. In cases of reactivation of cancelled accounts, Rupees 2000 would be charged as an administrative fee.
2. If your account gets overdue by 7 days, all technical support would be rescinded.
3. If your account gets overdue by 14 days, your site and other services will be suspended.
4. If your account gets overdue by 30 days, your sites and data would be deleted from all our systems.
5. We will try our best to contact you by all possible means, yet it is your (client's) responsibility to keep up accurate and updated details, like address, contact, and billing information etc.
6. In case of Credit Card Chargeback and reversal of the transaction, your account will be terminated and all your websites, data, details, emails etc. would be immediately deleted.

Regular updates of details: We use the contact details that are contemporarily available with us. In case you fail to receive our notices due to a changed contact address (which you have not updated in our records), we will not be responsible for the same. The responsibility to keep information current totally lies with the clients. We are not responsible for the action taken in consequence to the client's failure to receive/respond to the notices sent by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited.

We carry zero tolerance approach towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM on our network. None of our customers or associates are permitted to use our network for managing Unsolicited Commercial Email. Resellers of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited shall not host, or consent to hosting of, sites or any information publicized by UCE from other networks as well. Contravention of this policy may result in strict penalty, including immediate annihilation of services.

We initiate instantaneous investigation upon the notification of such violation with our spam and UCE policy. For the duration of this investigation, we may put a ceiling on client's access to our network. In case the violation gets confirmed after investigation, we reserve the right to cancel, abort, or terminate the respective account without prior notice. In addition, we hold the right to follow civil course of action for the cost allied with the investigation.

We may notify law enforcement officials if the violation is proved as a criminal offence.

The violations of this policy will result in penalties. We would charge an Administrative Fee against these violations. The first case of such violation would be charged as Rupees 2000 with termination of Customer's account. The repetitive case or second violation will be charged as an administrative fee of Rupees 5000 with instantaneous termination of Customer's account. Spamming is prohibited with us so PLEASE, DO NOT SPAM from your account.

Our resellers would be solely accountable for the activities of their clients on the network of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited, hence we suggest our resellers to develop an analogous policy for their clients.

QuickERP Technologies Private Limited doesn't allow mass mailing from its shared servers. We do not entertain any type of deals with such sites. Sending mails in bulk quantities should not be done with your account on SMTP server. We suggest you take specialized services from a third party or go for your own dedicated server.

The mode to use our services is a sole decision of the company, and all our clients and associates have to follow the same in any circumstance.

Customer may only use Services and Products in a manner that, in the Company's sole judgment, is consistent with the purposes of such Services and Products. If Customer is unsure of whether any contemplated use or action is permitted, please contact the Company as provided above. By way of example, and not limitation, uses described below of the Services and Products are expressly prohibited.

1. Illegal Activities: Broadcasting, storage, or circulation of any information, data, or material in breach of any relevant law or guideline, or that might facilitate the breach of any particular law or regulation is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to assist legal authorities or wounded parties during investigation of any alleged crime.

2. Injury or peril to other members: None of our clients is allowed to use our services or products to destruct, or attempt to destruct, in whichever means, as well as not for pornography, or send out any material by any mode (e-mail, uploading, redistribution or otherwise) that terrorize or promote physical injury or obliteration of belongings.

3. Copyright or trademark contravention: Clients cannot use any of our service products to broadcast any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary civil liberties of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unlawful copying of copyrighted material and digitization and circulation of images or photographs from any source like magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the illegal allowance of copyrighted software. Clients cannot use the services or products to assemble, or try to assemble, private information/details about third parties without their knowledge or written consent. Circulation and/or redistribution of copyrighted or the aforesaid intrusion will not be endured.

4. Communications Consent: With this registration, you agree to accept communications (through Calls/Chat/Mails/SMS) on the numbers made available during registration or subsequently irrespective of being on the Do Not Call Registry; which include company / your number / an assigned point of contact; with respect to the subscribed services of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited.

Contraventions of system or association security are forbidden. These kinds of activities may lead to criminal and civil liability. We shall file a criminal case for any activity intended to leak or attempt to leak network security (importantly including below mentioned):

1. Prologue of malevolent programs in our network or any server owned by us. Common examples are viruses and worms. The "disruption" also includes, but is not limited to, flood pings, port scans, packet spoofing, and forged routing information.
2. Carrying out security breaches or disturbances of Internet communication. Security breaches comprise approaching data of which the client is not an anticipated receiver. This also includes cataloguing into a server or account that the client is not particularly endorsed to access.
3. Any sort of network monitoring which seizes data unintended for the server of the customer is subject to execution.
4. Users are not allowed to use any program/script/command to interrupt or disable any terminal or account.
5. Creation of an active full-duration connection on an account provided by the company by the employment of artificial means through programming, software, or any other such method.
6. Any attempt to surround or change monitoring, utilization reporting, bandwidth tracking, or other such actions which consequently complicates the conventional operational functions of the company, comprising but not confined to changing, removing, or in any manner altering or tampering with the log files created by the company.
7. Determination of any action by the company, in its own discernment, that will negatively affect the operations of the company or reflect poorly on it.
8. Any act which the Company deems to be an unacceptable use of resources, business practice, or otherwise intolerable to the Company.

Usage of our services is at your own solitary risk. QuickERP Technologies Private Limited is not accountable for any data and/or files domiciling on your account. You agree to be responsible for Data transfer, files, and maintenance of proper backup of data and files put up on QuickERP servers. We are entitled to take weekly backups of data which have been changed or are new. These backups serve the purpose of server restoration. The clients are solely responsible for taking the backup of the files owned by them, which can easily be done with the help of the Backup Manager included in each control panel or cloud infrastructure.

Protect Your Business from Data Loss with Data Replication & Disaster Recovery Service:
In light of recent situations like natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or ransomware attacks, we would like to draw your attention to the importance of the DR setup for the safety of your critical data. Please do note that as part of your ecosystem, we take this as our responsibility to inform you that the DR setup / Offline backup is of prime importance and you must ensure that your data remains safe in case of any adversity. Ensuring data safety is your primary responsibility towards your organization.

Support for problems and issues in control panels or cloud dashboards will be provided to certain limitations including basic functions like addition or deletion of accounts, DNS functioning, change of password etc. Limited support would be provided for third-party software and modules. QuickERP Technologies Private Limited will not entertain free add-on scripts or third-party code errors directly unless explicitly covered under your ERP/Software Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Web development, third-party custom scripts, and software compatibility or day-to-day administration tasks such as local email client configurations are not the primary liability of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited unless covered in custom contracts. However, QuickERP Technologies Private Limited may aid initial custom configuration or set up of the server and services at its own discretion without charging additional fees.

Installation of 3rd Party software: Users carry complete responsibility in case they install 3rd party software in their cloud space or server. Tracing of hack or unusual activities due to weak security in such software will result in termination of account without prior notice.

As a Client or Paid Member, you agree not to make any attempts to solicit or entice (either directly or indirectly) any person who is employed or has been employed by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. This includes and is not limited to authorizing a person, consultancy, agency etc. to hire our current and ex-employees (any employee who has terminated his/her employment services in the last 24 months).

Legitimate action including blocking your Services, stalling work, and necessary legal action as deemed fit by the Company can be initiated if you fail to adhere to the same.

QuickERP Technologies Private Limited is not responsible in any case for loss of data, crashes, and system failure/downtime. In addition, we are not accountable for any envisaged guesstimate of profits a client may achieve with the functioning of their software or website.

QuickERP Technologies Private Limited also resells or acts as implementation partners for certain third-party software (e.g., Tally, SAP Business One, Zoho, GreytHR, Keka, Spine HR); hence certain tools, routing, software, or programming used by us are not directly owned or written by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. QuickERP Technologies Private Limited carries no accountability for the unauthorized utilization of our client's accounts.

Failure to follow any terms or conditions would lead the account to deactivation without any discussion. Decision to delete or deactivate any account would be solely based on terms set by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited and can be taken without any notice or prior intimation. Additionally, we reserve the sole right to change or modify these policies, guidelines, and disclaimers at any point of time without any prior notification.

QuickERP Technologies Private Limited has exclusive authorization to shield all the information / material / services / contents by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. Replication of any information / material / services / contents would be subject to legal action under the law of copyright.

Viewing / downloading / printing / distribution of material and information available on quickerptechnologies.com are subject to the following stipulations:

Use of information should strictly be non-commercial, used only for personal or informational usage. Commercial use of information is approved only with preceding written sanction from QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. 3. Results obtained from the use of services will be accurate or reliable.
4. Immediate correction of any software error is guaranteed.

A few jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent acceptable. Any implied warranty that exists will be limited to a maximum duration of 90 (ninety) days.

Relevancy and contemporariness of data/information is not guaranteed by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited. We are not accountable for any errors of omission or editing of information/documents/materials. This site may comprise technical errors, inexactness, typing, or other errors. In no event shall QuickERP Technologies Private Limited and its associates be liable to any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

The information/data provided by you shall not be shared with any external organization or used for any other commercial usage without your written consent. It would, however, be available to all divisions, sister concerns, or software partners of QuickERP Technologies Private Limited to execute services requested by you.

OEM License Change Policy:
QuickERP Technologies Private Limited would like to clarify that in the event of any changes, revocations, restrictions, or discontinuations related to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) licenses-whether by the OEM or any third party (such as Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)-QuickERP Technologies Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any refunds, reimbursements, or compensation related to cloud service costs or license fees already incurred or paid by the customer.

All customers are advised to ensure their compliance and ongoing entitlement to use any OEM software/licenses they require on cloud or local environments. QuickERP Technologies Private Limited provides implementation and infrastructure support, and the ultimate responsibility for valid licensing lies with the customer.

Payment for Services:
All payments for services at QuickERP Technologies Private Limited must be made in favour of "QuickERP Technologies Private Limited" only via standard official banking channels provided on our invoices or portal. We have not authorized any individual or external organization to collect payments in personal accounts or personal Western Union/PayPal accounts. Under no circumstances will QuickERP Technologies Private Limited be liable for any damage or loss caused due to payments made to fraudulent entities.

Refund / Money Back Policy:
The payment made towards any of the chosen software implementation, consulting, ERP, or cloud services is non-refundable, and no claim for refund will be entertained. Once an order/SLA is placed and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

If under special consideration in a specific case QuickERP Technologies Private Limited decides to refund any amount, services will be stalled immediately. If code, setup, or site migration is handed over to the client on an "as-is" basis, a fixed timeline (e.g., 48 hours) will be granted for shifting. QuickERP Technologies Private Limited will cease all support following the handover.

Any legal dispute related to QuickERP Technologies Private Limited or its website quickerptechnologies.com will be dealt with exclusively within the territory of Delhi, India. All legal issues are subject strictly to pertinent contemporary laws in force at New Delhi and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from incidental use of quickerptechnologies.com or services provided by QuickERP Technologies Private Limited is governed by the laws of India. The Customer and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and QuickERP Technologies Private Limited regarding the use of the Site and Services. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
